H-2500 Flowable Formulation( EVA compound / EVA Multi-functional Plastic Additives ) has a very good compatibility with some rubber additives, such as: NR, SBR, EPDM, CR, NEB, IIR, POE, EVA, styrene-butadiene rubber. No matter what kind of filler used in the formula, we recommend the dosage and the degree of 2-3phr to get the best processing and the most appropriate outcome, H-2500 flowable formulation can improve the mobility of rubber compounds and dispersion of various types of filling ,whether it is extrusion, rolling, conversion or injection molding. The features of H-2500: 1. It is an internal and external lubricant, reducing Mooney viscosity, increase the mobility and dispersion of rubber. 2.It can improve the stripping of rubber,EVA, and finished the the surface smoothness (pattern obvious). 3.It can be used as masticatory of NR, NBR, POE, RVA, EPDM and increase the mixing process, reduce energy consumption. 4. It can improve the different elastomer, mixing uniformity, to improve the dimensional stability of finished product,the uniformity and stability of foam products.
