Gypsum board production line is the equipment producing gypsum boards that are new building materials. The process is: gypsum slurry is made from plaster/ water and other additives, in a continuous mixer. This slurry spreads on the shielding paper in a uniform stream, combination with down paper at the shaping station. The slurry is complete sealed with the up-down paper through extrusion shaping machine and form regular board. Once formed, the board travels with steady speed on a series of setting belts. During this journey, the plaster core has time to set or harden. At the shear, the long train of board is cut into panels of specific length. These cut boards are then turned over and passed into a multi-level dryer. During the drying period, the excess water, which was required to form the initial slurry is gently evaporated off. After the boards have dried they are trimmed and stacked to form pallets. These pallets are then placed in the warehouse. The production line includes three main parts: raw material warehouse, heat power system and joint settings.
