1. Functions The GXCQ series deaerator is the key equipment of flowing system of paper machine, which is installed between cleanings and pressure screen, and can separate and discharge more than 95% air in the stock. This deaerator can make the stock flow stably into headbox with stable pressure, flowrate and consistency. Structrue and Principle Its consisted of multi pulp-feeding jet manifold, nozzles with high rotational velocity and low pressure-drop, overflowing slice and main body etc. GXCQ series deaerator (which is mounted in the flow approach system of a paper machine)feeds the stock(which comes from the cleaner)into the pulp-feeding manifold under certain pressure; and going through the nozzles with high rotatonal velocity, the stock is jetted intensively onto the roof of the deaerotor, where the stock is dispersed into a lot of droplets and a layer of fluid-film is formed, which moves along acylindrical surface, and the boiling acting, which is generated by the vacuum in the deaerator, makes the free air and bladders in the stock expend, impact and break under low pressure, so that the remained and combined air is effectively acted by three physical actions; separatively jetting, impacting and boiling, thus the air in the stock will be 95% removed and fiber flocculation will also be mitigated. Simultaneously pulp sconsistency fluctuation is divided into tiny monomers with independedt component, and the monomers will dwell in the deaerator for a certain time; and being acted by the specially designed, and the monomers will dwell in the deaerator for a certain time; and being acted by the specially designed slice, the pulp flow is made flow in the opposite direction, so that the pulp-flow pulsations whose designed slice,the pulp flow is made flow in the oppsite direction,so thatpulp-pulsations and consistency fluctuation will be controlled effectively. 1. Injecting The stock is injected by low pressure spray jet to increase the discharge of air. 2. Impacting The stock is impacted to the top of deaerator with fiber bundle in the stock broken into pieces, and the bubble stick onto the fiber was discharged. 3. Falling film The stock injected on the top of deaerator formed liquid film moving around circuler surface and its good to detachment of air. 4. Boiling The inner pressure in deaerator could be maintained at boiling point. 4. Performance and Characteristic 1. Realize deaeration by injecting, impacting, falling film and boiling etc. 2. Stabilize stock consistency, flowrate and pressure, and basis weight. 3. Control slime emerging, decrease impurities, get better sheet formation and good quality paper. 4. Dewatering and drying fast and high production output.
