Product introductionBYJ-GX06 type silicon core furnace is an electron special apparatus for drawing silicon core from polycrystalline silicon rod by a zone melting method and a high-frequency induction heating way. This furnace can steadily control the silicon core with a diameter of 6-10 mm; every furnace can draw six silicon cores. The furnace comprises: a temperature automatic control system and a motor speed control system; relative parameters of each pulled crystal comprising data such as silicon core lift, rotational speed of crucible shaft, speed for lifting the crucible, and furnace pressure can be displayed on a touching screen.
