The fan draws outside air through pads soaked with water. The evaporation of water lowers the temperature of the air as it passes through the wet filter pads. Temperature reduction is between 4 to 10 centigrade depending on outside temperature and humidity. The cooled air is blown through an opening into the buliding and air movement is flexible by means of ducts to appropriate areas and exhausted from partially opened windows, doors or ceiling ducts.
