RFA Tank Mounted Mini-Type Return Filter Series 1. INTRODUCTION: This kind of oilfilter can be used in hydraulic system for fine filtration. It can be installed on the cover of the tank and the filter bowl should be immersed in the oil. This series oil filter with by-pass valve, fluid diffuser, element indicator and other apparatus has a series of advantages such as a compact structure, easy to install, high oil fluxion, low initial pressure loss, easy to change the element etc 2. PERFORMANCE AND FEATURE: 2.1. Installation and connection convenient. Simplify the piping of system. This oilfilter is installed on the top of the tank cover directly. Filter head expose in the oil outlet, the oil bowl immersed the oil level. Flanged connection and threaded connection was set on the oil inlet for simplifying the piping of system. It has the merits of compact structure, easy connection. 2.2. Filter with vacuum indicator, by-pass valve in order to improving the reliability of hydraulic system. When dirt accumulates in the filter element or the temperature of system is too low, and the oil inlet pressure reaches 0.35MPa, the indicator signals showing that the element should be cleaned, changed or raise the temperature. If no maintenance has done and temperature reaches 0.4MPa, the by-pass valve will open without manual operation to protect the filter and hydraulic system from out working. 2.3. Direct filtration design makes it convenient to change the element and inject the oil to the tank. When you need to change the element or inject the oil to the tank, you need open the filter cover only. Indicator can be settled at any side for returned oil filtration. 2.4. Newly filter with fluid diffuser can instead of LHU series. Fluid diffuser is installed at the bottom of the tank, which can keep oil smooth flowing into tank without bubble to reduce air accessing again. 2.5. The filter element is made of glass fiber. It has advantages of high filtration accuracy, low initial pressure loss, huge oil fluxion, and high dirt-holding capacity and so on. Filter ratioβ3, 5, 10, 20>200, filter efficiency≥99.5%.
