The guarantee period is 6 months. If the liquid does not metamorphose, it still can be used when it expires the guarantee period. . Usage Apply for large area bolding between materials as sponge, foam, fabric, leather, paper, plastic, metal foil and etc. . Instruction A. Pour the glue into the steel tin of the gun, adjust the pressure of the air-compressor to 6-8kg, and keep a distance of 40cm-50cm between the nozzle and the target surface. B. If the glue is too thick, it can be diluted by organic solvents like chloroform, Acetone and Ethyl. C. Uniformly spray a glue coat of the two target surfaces, leave it for 1-5minutes, then press and bond. D. Specified Instructions 1. Make sure the spray gun is working and not having water in it. 2. Make sure the operating workshop is in good ventilation. 3. When operating, stay away from fire and prevent the static. Any operation causing sparks must not be carried out within 50 meter 4. Clean the surface of the target materials to make sure no greasedust or other stains. 5. Please apply the glue uniformly on the target surfaces. a. The nozzle of the gun and the surface should form a 45 degree angle. b. The spray distance (the gun and the surface) better be 0.5 meter. c. The normal pressure of the gun should be 6-8 kg. d. The spray should be like fan-shape or minute particles. e. Glue should not be too thick, best coating the surface evenly. f. Steadily and uniformly move the gun in operation. 6. After applying the glue on the surface, leave it to dry for 1-5minutes (or when the applied glue coat is not sticky to your hand), then it is okay to bond. 7. Pressing the surface properly can get better result. 8. Certain materials or craftworks require the glue coat being heated or pressed as per the users requirement. 9.Clean the gun when it is not used. 10. Influences of improper spraying. a. A glue coat which is too thin will lead to weak adhesion b. A glue coat which is too thick results in high cost slow drying and glue accumulation. c. Uneven glue coat will cause accumulation and partial cracks.
