(1) As the system is running in negative pressure, to reduce air leakage coefficient and guarantee the stability of glass production system, the boiler adopts full-seal design: light metal panel for the surface wall; and delicate arrangement for the sealing of manholes, wall crossing pipes, and panel joints. (2) It adopts thermal and hydrodynamic calculation to optimize the heating surface of evaporator. (3) Aiming to the dust feature of glass kiln waste heat boiler, the way of overheat evaporation + mechanical vibration is selected to remove the dust and guarantee the dust removal effect of boiler and supplemented by hot water spraying, the dust on heating surface is thoroughly removed. (4) Aiming to the dust feature of glass kiln, appropriate dust pollution coefficient is taken into consideration and enough heating area is included to guarantee boiler output. (5) In view of the smoke contains sulfur, the economizers shall be laid out by sections. The low-temperature section shall be made of dew point corrosion resistance material—ND steel, facilitating the future maintenance and replacement. (6) The boiler heating surface adopts light tube plain tube structure in response to features of boiler dust.
