Glass edging machine BZM11.330PW is applied to process the flat edge with arris on flat glass from 3mm to 30mm of thickness. The rough and finish grinding and polishing for edge and arris can be accomplished in one cycle operation. Adopting a Mitsubishi PLC, you can preset in advance the thickness of glass to be processed. The preset values of the thickness, the feed speed and the accumulated length of glass will be shown on LED display. The actions of wheel-heads are controlled by PLC. The feeding speed of glass to be regulated by means of the mechanical stepless transmission, which is featured a wide variable range and a steady variation. The input conveyor can be adjusted up or down to compensate the wear of wheels. So, all glasses processed by the BZM11.330PW have a brilliant polish, and we believe that its functions shall satisfy all requirements of different customers.
