gearbox with limit switch

the gearbox,is valve part,connected with the valve to help open and close the valve: This series valve gearsare equipped with limit screws which can be adjusted within ±5°at position in open and close. The worm/gear is designed with self locking function and easy to operate. Indicator board of open degree is directly installed on output worm gear ,so indication is accurate and audio-visual. There are two keyways apart with 90°degree set on the inner hole of worm gear for need. The dedicated grease has been loaded before leaving factory ,the shell is sealed up for waterproof. The positioner is used on the gear to control the valve at the perfect position. The limit switch box on the surface can show the position by two diffrent colors.The red color means that it's closed,the yellow color mean openning. The positioner can be used on all kinds of valve gears or pneumatic actuators.Such as the SJ,SGJ,SLJ,DA,SR etc..
