高业绩轻陶陶化的瓷砖

The high performance light ceramic vitrified tile developed by our company is made of novel light foam ceramics, through sintering and frothing under high temperature in kiln. It is a light solid inorganic material whose inner structure is completely closed and porous. It is light in weight, resistant to acid and alkali, waterproof, anti-penetration, anti-crack, heat-preserving, flame retardant, and features low heat conductivity and small coefficient of thermal expansion. It is applicable in wet method desulfurization and chimney corrosion protection in power plants. Resistant to high temperature: it can work normally and stably in environment with temperature from -200°C to 450°C, especially in environment with interchange of high temperatures. Non-water absorption: it adapts to the environment with interchange of wetness and dryness. It is light in weight with high intensity and low heat conductivity. It features non water absorption, non air penetration, non distortion, non flaming, stable stickiness and long lifespan. Scope of application: It’s applicable in the inner lining system of multi-tube and sleeve tube structure for wet method desulfurization and smoke exhaust in fire power plants, and in wall’s heat preservation and sound insulation engineering.
