Step 1.Dosing and matching raw materials. Step 2.Feeding matched raw material into pouring tank for mixing. Step 3.Pour mixed materials into mould. Step 4.Put mould into curing room for standstill hardening with temperature of 40ýý.This may take 2-3 hours. Step 5-6.When block reachs a certain hardness(0.2-0.3Mpa) it would be hoistd and turned over by tilting hoistor which preparing for cutting.Then the block would be put on a cutting car and also demoulded. Step 7-8.The cutting car transfer block through cutter for horizental cutting. Step 9.After horizental cutting the cutting car would drive the block to below vertical cutting machine for vertical cutting.The whole cutting cycle may within 6 minutes. Step 10.After cutting the block would be hoisted by a semi-finished hoister to the hardening car. Step 11-12.The hardening car would transfer block into autoclave for hardening under a pressure of 1.3 Mpa with steam for 8-10 hours. Step 13-15.The finished product leave out of autoclave and packing for delivery. Step 16-17.After packing the side plate would return back to reorganize with demoulded mould. Step 18.The mould would be clean-up and oil spraying for new cycle of pouring and cutting. Step 19.Our plant can also make slab just pur steel bar into the slurry to reinforce the strength of slab.
