Shaft seal device is fixed at the front part of the motor shaft, which effectively prevent coolant exchanging with the delivered medium in the motor and ensure operation safe and reliable .Submersible pump is single suction vertical centrifugal pump. Motor is water-filling, vertical. And motor connects with pump by coupling.Motor winding is Nylon sheathed polyethylene water resistant electromagnetic wire. Motor cavity should be filled with clean water.Motor shaft is lubricated by water. There is a thrust bearing withstanding upper and lower axial force at the end of motor. The thrust bearing adopts copper-nickel fan-shaped alloying block, grinding against imported Fieldbus segment .High head submersible pump is equipped with axial loader, the head increased to 1550m.Notes QJ series high head submersible pump should be filled with clean water before operation. Please drain water away from motor avoiding frost crack without use in winter.Inspecting insulation resistance regularly, R≥0.5MΩGuarantee period is one year.
