tail gate: 1.Hydraulic power unit : Haldex brand(imported from Sweden).Hydraulic power unit include gear pump,fuel tank,motor,sealing and so on. 2. Actual dimension: will be decided by customer's truck chassis dimension such asinner width and outer width of truck box,floor height(distance between floor and truck boxbed),chassis rails clearance and so on. Customer need to provide these information for us to make the tail gate properly for fitting onto customer's truck. 3. Board type:anti-skid steel plate. 4.Balance cylinder: can adjust the tailgate to be horizontal once started and no need to adjust by operation. Also it can sway the tailgate by certain degree to keep the tailgate unparalelled with the truck to prevent the goods from slipping off when the truck stay on a slope. 5.Accessory:two rubber bumper, one hand wire control,two mounting plates,two safety chains,one cross under-bar for capacity above 1.5ton 6.Valve: there are 5 valves:check valve, relief valve,overflow valve,flow-control valve, reversing valve. 7.Hydraulic and electrical schematic:available. 8.Installation and troubleshooting manual:available. It will advise you ,in a very simple way, how to install and analyze and remove the failure. Even a non-professional people will know how to use and repair it under our guidance. 9.Full-load and over-load testing is conducted before each shipment. 10. Every hydraulics are stringently tested before shipment to avoid oil leaking and so on.
