vitamin d3 Description: Dry Vitamin D3 100 CWS consists of off-white to yellowishfree-flowing beadlets. The powder particles contain vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol)dissolved in edible fats finely indroplets of 0.5-2 μm embedded in a matrix of gum arabic (E 414) and sucroseand coated with starch. The product contains dl-α-Tocopherol (E 307) as an antioxidant and tricalcium phosphate (E 341) as an anticaking agent. High concentrations may give cloudy dispersions which, however, remain uniform for relatively long periods.
