Mechanical Design Features- 1. The machine can draw the wire rod from Φ8mm to the wire of Φ2mm. 2. The single or multi bloock units according to capastan diameter. 3. The surface of drawing wheel is spray coated with tungsten carbide powder. It has high hardness, well wear-resistant and long using span. 4. The drawing machine and constant speed wheel are driven by separated motor, so as to die exchange quickly. 5. Drive of capastan either by direct vee belts or vee belts combined with helical toothed spur gear i.e constant efficiency of total speed range. 6. Fixing of capastan on shaft by self centering taper bushing. 7. Water cooling of capastan by narrow gap vortex cooling system with high efficiency. Electrical Design Features- A/C main drive motor,water cooled low noise level,air cooling by individual fan. Siemens frequency converters. Profi- bus transfer circuit stored program control Sineatic.
