After the panel is cut to make tabletop, workers will chisel groove around the edge of tablewith routingmachine. Then, workers will coversponge and white PVC onplywood and fixits edge on the edge of plywood by using nailer. There will be many nails around the edge to ensure PVC and sponge are tightly fixed on plywood. Then, the "T"shaped balck plasticedge band is extruded into the groove of plywood with hammering and marine glue. The function of sponge which is placed between plywood and PVC is soundproof when dishes or things are put on it. The function of PVC and marine glue is waterproof. They can prevent water immerse into the plywood and then cause corruption. All steel leg tubes have been done rust-proof treatment before painting. We connect everytableleg parts by using advanced argon arc welding technology. This welding technology can make the surface of welding very smooth. Even though, the welding is also polished to ensure there is no sharp thorn which might hurt people's skin.The painting on the tube surface is done under staticenvironment.
