Fixing Agent for reactive and direct Dyes

Characteristic: 1. The product is nonformaldehyde dye-fixing agent and belongs to high performance product. The dosage is rather lower compared with other common dye-fixing agent. 2. The product can improve the washing fastness and perspiration color fastness in evidence with low dosage. 3. The dye-fixing hardly changes the color and has no blight in light fastness, perspiration and seawater fastness. 4. The product has no influence in nygroscopic and feel. It has good effect with the active dyestuff which is made in China. After the dye-fixing, the color fastness can reach to the level of 3.5-4 grades. [Using method]: The dosage of the dye-fixing agent is depending on the varieties of the dyestuff (category and tinct), the degree of the dyeing, material quality, the expectation color fastness of the dyeing fabric and other terms. The common dosage is as below. Dipping bath method Padding method Light color series 0.25-0.5% 2-4 g/L Neutral color series 0.5-1% 5-8 g/L Deep color series 1-2% 9-12 g/L 1. Dipping bath method: fabric and yarn, dilute the dye-fixing agent with 2-3 times water, bring it to the fluid bath, throw it into dye vat after circulation of 5-10 minutes, and rise in temperature to 40-60 with the treatment of 10-20 minutes, dye-fixing and oven dry. 2. Padding method: dyeing material padding treatment at 0-40. [Notice proceeding]: 1. Before the dye-fixing, dyeing material should be dealing in soaping, hot water washing, and cold water washing and removed the non-setting dye. 2. Dont mistake that increasing the dosage of the dye-fixing agent unrestrictedly can absolutely improve the effect of dye-fixing, so leading to the opposed result. 3. Wear eye lens and gloves when connecting the condense product. If the solution is splashed into eyes or skin carelessly, please wash with lots of water immediately.
