The length of pipe material is max 12m, diameter 2-24”, thickness up to schedule 80. 2. Suitable for carbon steel, various alloy steel and stainless steel. 3. Self-measuring cutting for length and various beveling for any raw material pipes with high efficiency and accuracy. 4. According to the requiring of spool designed, finish fit-up and tacking welding for pipe fittings and pipes which compose of spool with conveniences and high speed. 5. Automatic root/ fill and cap welding for the welding joint of the spool with maximum length 12m and 2D structure. 6. The welding method is optional in AUTO TIG/MIG/SAW, and also includes 40 sets PLC effective automatic welding procedures including any WPS elements. 7. Adopt scientific and effective conveyor system between every cutting and beveling station, which can constantly deliver the processed pipes to the following fitting-up station and welding station. 8. Provide the fitting-up station from 2D spool to 3D spool for 6G welding.
