Fine grinding mill, micron grinding millis able to process ore lumps to ultra fine powder to meet the requirements of various fields. Configuration: Mineral processing plant consists of hammer crusher, bucket elevator, storage hopper, vibrating feeder, main unit, inverter classifier, cyclone collector, pulse deduster system, high pressure positive blower, air compressors and electrical control systems. Working Principles: Mineral lumps are sent to hammer crusher for primpary processing to small particles smaller than 10mm, then the small particles are transport to grinding mill unit by bucket elevator, and grind to thin powder. Only qualified particles can pass through the high-speed classifier with strong wind and collected by the dust collector, the large particles are sent to re-grind. The pulse deduster system is able to collect fine particles.
