Film-fiber glass wrapping machine

This machine use frequency conversion for its timing. The fiber head is composed of the wrapping line of four fiber corps and it also equipped with automated stopping device for broken fiber and broken film. This machine is equipped with laundering device for bare lines. This device can clean out the surface greasy stain, oxidation and burr. And also increase the adhesion ability between the conductor and the insulator. It has high-frequency sinter film, examining system for direct current flare. And it also adopts stepless speed variator to adjust the wrapping pitch from 3mm to 10 mm for fiber wrapping and 8mm to 30mm for film wrapping. Using automated adjustment with digital illustration for its wrapping pitch, so the operation is very convenient and the display is very clear. This machine can manufacture film sinter line, glass sinter line, film double-fiberglass wrapping line, double-fiberglass wrapping line and self-sticking line.
