FFU series Fan Filter Unit FFU, short for Fan Filter Unit, which draws in contaminated air from the top of the module, and exhausts filtered clean air vertically in a unidirectional(laminar) air stream at its base, is a self-contained fanand filter module for cleanroom applications. FFU provides clean air as well as particle controlling. These series, the general dimensions of which are 2×4 and 4×4 inches, are often installed on the ceiling of clean rooms.
