We began to research and develop such products at the beginning of the year 2000. Ourproducts can be widely used in many kinds of shock absorbersof automobiles and motorcycles. The middle part is the powder metallurgy and the outside is the PTFE material, which has the advantage of low friction coefficient, good wear resistance and so on. These kinds of products canbe usedin high temperature without any problem. Ourproducts have passed the Test center, Shang hai Plastic Research Institute and as soon as we have new samples, we will send them to Shanghai to have a test, to check the mechanical properties is ok or not. We have a complete set of machines such as full-automatic compression machines, gas shield sintering equipments, precision CNC wire-electrode cutting machines, 3D CNC electric spark machines and so on.
