Structure Features: 3.1 Thiscoating equipmentconsists of unwinding parts, subtense parts,powder-dot coating part,scattering part, web dryer parts, roll flat cooling parts, roll-collecting parts and electric apparatus parts. 3.2 Unwinding parts: 3.2.1Roll-off creel is suitably applied to piece cloth or package cloth, which can meets different forms of cloth feeding needs. 3.2.2 The tension of cloth feeding can be adjusted by handwheel. 3.3 Selvage justifying parts 3.3.1 Pioneering in domestic in cloth-entering parts. Installed our company’s own designed high precision deviation-rectifying opening machine, which opening on the wrinkle of cloth-deeding, and then rectifies deviations to go on,enable base cloth level , accurate entry powder-dot coating part and go along coating transference.. 3.3.2 The size of breadth-opening pressure can be regulated by handwheel; the subtense precision is within ±2.0m/mm,the sensitivity can be regulated according to different fabric. 3.4 Powder-dot coating part 3.4.1 Powder-dot coating part is made up of preheating roller, main heating roller, engraved roller, auxiliary heating roller and hopper. 3.4.2 Main heating roller, auxiliary heating roller and hopper is controlled by three groups of air cylinders, which is controlled by hand. The length of powder-dot coating part is 1750mm and it adopts the form of internal heating and three phrase voltage regulating automatic temperature controlling system. 3.4.4 The surface temperature of working main heating roller can be set arbitrarily between 150°C 240°C. The temperature error is less than ±3°C, and it is constant and is applied to the stable transference of various thermosol. 3.4.5 The external diameter of engraved roller is 270mm, the whole machine has one. The numbers and grams are decided by our customers. If need other specification, please order additionally. 3.5 Scattering part 3.5.1 This part consists of engraved roller, bunker, powder stirring, squeeze, brush roller, vibrating screen and so on. 3.5.2 Break through the traditional powder coating method, adopt advanced engraved roller transfer, knife coat to assure even coating. 3.5.3 The bunker in the powder coating frame head contains agitation system, roller brush and vibrating screen enable uniformity of second coating on the surface. 3.6 Oven 3.6.1 The oven adopts special fluorine transmitting web. The lengths of web and oven are respectively 3500mm and 3000mm, and distance between feeding web and quartz is 100mm. All guarantee the effect of baking, make the radical fabric run without tension and decrease heating shrinkage, stable product breadth and tender touch.
