RESEM’s thermal conversion system is designed to process non-hazardous solid and liquid waste into reusable raw materials.The RESEM system can produce varying types of oil and carbon char by blending feedstocks such as tires, bio-mask, plastic and municipal solid waste. RESEM’s technology cleanly and quietly heats waste tire and industrial waste in an inert atmosphere. The reactor super-heats the industrial waste and waste tires in an oxygen-free environment, therefore, there is no combustion or air pollutants. The result is the recovery of renewable and reusable resources. One thermal conversion plant can generate more than 70,000 barrels of oil per year while processing 3 million waste tires. RESEM’s process recovers almost 100% of the waste tire and is, essentially, energy self-sufficient. These elements are vapor gas, oil, high tensile steel and carbon char. The volume,percentages and composition of these elements vary according to the specific or mix of feedstock. Our systems are customized for our customers to provide waste processing capacity for 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90, 100 and up tons per day. We provide oil distillation and carbon processing systems that increase the value of the recovered raw materials for resale. We also offer project management, construction and start-up commissioning and ongoing operational management support services to our customers.
