Waste Waterevaporators convertthe water component in wastewater to clean vapor for steam release. On average, 95% to 99% of water in the original waste is evaporated and only leave a little residue need to be disposed. TheOECH wastewater evaporator is a multi effect, vacuum distillation evaporator that uses low-pressure steam to evaporate waste water under vacuum at very low temperature. The steam is then condensed and returned for reuse as clean, distilled water. By evaporating under vacuum, the system can return many valuable process stream for their primary uses, which allows for a complete, closed-loop system.
