421-423 4-roller(3-roller) double-short-apron drafting system, weight with spring-pendulum. Traveling blowing and suction cleaning device. Top spindle bar, suspended flyer and spindle bar in the front row is lower than that in the back row. Speed adjustment with curved cone drum. Fine tension adjustment with eccentric gear. Controlled by the programmable logical controller(PLC). Main motor speed adjustment with inverter. Photoelectric auto stop motion for sliver and roving breakage. Three auto doffing actions: stop when bobbins become full; resetting of the cone drum belt; over-lowering of the bottom rails. Model FA421A/FA423A Suspended-flyer Roving Frame specialize in advanced and reliable structure, good-quality roving, and reasonable overall arrangement which is convenient for operation and maintenance. It is suitable for pure or blended processing of carded or combed cotton fibre and artificial fibre. Gears of main transmission such as drafting, twisting and winding are all bevel gears and sealed in the machine head box. Nonmetal gears matched with metal gears, they transmitted stable and had good lubrication. Gears of differential device and reversing device are bathed with oil. Sliver is guided with high creel made of stainless steel. 4-Roller D-type drafting Between 2nd and 3rd roller is main-drafting zone, no collector on the back of 2nd roller which realizing the idea of having no use for collecting in drafting zone and having no use for drafting in adjustment zone. The drafting system:4-roller with double short aprons,matched with pendulum arm. The bottom roller is made of tempering fine steel which are grinded and chromium plating after high frequency quenching, its helical groove can hold sliver continuous. Pendulum Arm The pendulum arm of Texparts PK1500 or PK5025 and Suessen HP-A410 or Chinese YJ4 series are equipped at option.. Bevel gears of drafting are made of tempering fine steel, its teeth are grinded after high frequency quenching, they have high precision and run well. Lifting device make use of gliding universal joint, it transmits stable, has little noise, can run high speed for long time. The cleaning system includes top and bottom nap cloth cleaning device, blowing and suction device and main suction device. These devices can not only clean top and bottom rollers, but also suck the fly and dust on the roller and other waste. Fiber from the revolving nap cloth is sucked into suction case by the traveling suction system. Fiber on the beam and fiber from the bottom rollers are sucked into suction pipe to the suction box by the blow of the blowing system and suction of the suction system. Bobbin revolving and rail lifting are controlled by top and bottom cone drum. Building motion device is controlled automatically by machine.The adjustment tension device with eccentric gears is under the building motion, its eccentric distance adjusting can control moving of the distance belt so adjust finely yarn tension. The speed adjusting of main motor is controlled by the frequency value of inverter which can set all kinds of flyer speed in a doffing(small, middle, big roving). Run of the Roving Frame and auto-stop of the photo-electric are controlled by PLC device. Starting, inching, stopping, full bobbin auto-stopping, loosing and tighting belt, lifting and over-lowering the bottom rail, auto-stopping when yarn breakage and sliver breakage are all controlled by PLC. 5.7 Touch screen can set the main roving parameters and display the function. There are 6 display in the display system including monitor, running, set, shift output, I/O and help. It can display roving shift, shift output, fixed length of spining, speed of roller and flyer. It can also control the loose and tight of the cone drum belt, rail lifting, power on and off of the photo-electric, check the input and output statement of the PLC.
