The frame is manufactured from aluminium extrusion finished with epoxy coating, which boasts of better load capability and flexibility in producing different non-standard sizes without too much extra tooling cost like otherwise in plastic and GI mateiral range. The trap cover are manufactured from cold roll iron epoxy coated in light grey color. The standard trap recess is 6mm.
