Explosion Proof Thermal Resistance

Explosion proof RTD 1. General As a kind of temp. transmitter, industrial explosion-proof thermal resistor has extensive applications in industrial processes and measurements, and is usually used with display meters. In chemical plant, the environment usually accompany with various combustibles, explosive gas and steam. So the explosion-proof thermal resistor must be used as sensors in this circumstance. Our products are suitable in dangerous places with explosive gases within d II BT4 temp ,grade. Our products have been detected by NEPSI, and are up to standard of ZBY 301-85 and GB3836-83.We got the certificate of explosion-proof with the certification No.GYB91133. 2. Explosion-proof principle and structure Explosion-proof and assembly type thermal resistors have similar structure and principal. The difference lies in that the explosion-proof junction box adopts special explosion-proof structure. Moreover, the junction box has high mechanical strength, big space , and is sealed with Si-rubber. So the junction box will not be damaged when the mixed explosive gases inside explode.
