Mingtong series S11 and S13 of embedded transformer (10kV, 10-2000kVA) were based on the state-of-the-art technology of GE and optimized by utilizing our unique process and fixtures. They feature low loss, silence, good short-circuit resistance, environmental protection and energy saving and conform to the latest GB1094.1-2-1996, GB1094.3-2003, GB1094.5-2003, GB/T6451-2008 and IEC-76. The performance indexes reach the international level. The application in the residential community can relieve residents from noise and visual pollution completely. The application in the medium-voltage power transmission system can not only resolve the technical difficulty of remote and small-load power transmission for illumination of highways and municipal infrastructure but also offers additional selection to optimize illumination supply and distribution of tunnels and large bridges. Its performance of energy saving is considerable where the no-load loss is just the value of 30-50% and no-load current is just the value of 10% specified in GB/T6451-2008. Therefore embedded transformer has been used in many key projects in China, filled in the Chinese gap and substituted the imported ones. Features : 1. High reliability. The entire protection grade is IP68. The casing of transformer is made of high-grade stainless steel so that it guarantees the 30-year life, requires zero maintenance and service and increases the reliability of supply system effectively. 2. Low loss. The performance of energy saving is obvious. Particularly the no-load loss of S13 is much more less than S9 and registers the average value of 50% specified in GB/T6451-2008. 3. Low noise. For this series, the level of noise is lower than 40dB and is universally minimum 40% less than national standard. 4. Installation environment. It is suitable for illumination and power systems of streets, highways, bridges, tunnels, parks, airports, ports and scenic spots, especially in central cities with high population density. It shall be installed in basements or silos. 5. Wholly-sealed structure. Hi/lo-voltage lead-in/out is connected in the wholly waterproof, insulated and shielded manner. The casing is made of high-grade corrosion-resistance stainless steel and wholly sealed. We guarantee the zero leakage when transformer runs in water intermittently. 6. Protection system. Give full considerations to convenient operations and safety. All fittings are manufactured by COOPER®. 7. Design of temperature rise. Transformer adopts the design of low loss and temperature rise because we take account of special heat radiation. 8. Beautify the environment.
