ICS-17 series electronic belt scale It is composed by the release lever weighing frame, the S pulling force sensor, and the HN8006 instruments. The dynamic measurement error is less than 0.5%. It’s widely used in different industries for weighing, to monitor the productivity, control the products loading and monitor the quality of stock to supply important information for the modern management of the enterprise. ICS-17 weighing frame has 4 weighing rollers on the parallel bars. There are two pulling weighing sensor balance scales. The strut is frictionless trunnion. The closed device is shakeproof, moistureproof, rotproof and can prevent materials accumulating. So it can be used in rugged environment without the problems that the edged device has. The girder of the weighing frame is made by rectangular steel pipe in order to make the weighing frame has high rigidity, low deadweight and small area of despositing. So it is convenient to use and maintain. The suitable width of belt is 500-2400mm. Note: ICS-17A has four weighing rollers. ICS-17B has two weighing rollers. ICS-20 series electronic belt scale It is mainly used to weigh for belt conveyor in factories and feeding control accuratly for crusher, ball mill, screening or other process. It is also used to monitor the productivity, control the products loading and monitor the quality of stock to supply important information for the modern management of the enterprise. The dynamic measurement error is less than 1%. ICS-20 weighing frame has two type A and B. 20A two pivots: one roller, one pulling weighing sensor, the suitable width of belt is 500-1800mm.20B two pivots: two rollers, one pulling weighing sensor, the suitable width of belt is 500-1200mm.The frame has simple structure and installation and is used widely. One side of the weighing lever is hold by frictionless trunnion, and the other side is balanced the scale by a pulling weighing sensor. The whole structure is good for shakeproof, moistureproof, and can prevent materials accumulating.
