Elastomeric - K1 SR C insulation material

PRODUCT OVERVIEW All Kingflex elastomeric insulations are engineered and manufactured for HVAC and other industrial applications. With closed cell structure Kingflex insulations effectively retard heat flow and prevent condensation when properly installed. The environmental friendly materials are manufactured without the use of CFCs, HFCs or HCFCs. They are also formaldehyde free, low VOCs, fiber free, dust free and resistant to mold and mildew. Elastomeric insulations are no longer the old black good. Kingflex K1 Sheet & Roll C is the colorful form of Kingflex K1 Sheet & Roll. It is available in white, red, green, blue or other customized color. Insulated with Kingflex K1 Sheet & Roll C, tanks, vessels or pipelines are easily distinguishable by color providing a great look and convenience. Flame-spread index of less than 25 and smoke-developed index of less than 50 APPLICATIONS Kingflex K1 Sheet & Roll C insulation is used to retard heat transmission and control condensation from chilled-water and refrigeration systems. It also efficiently reduces heat transfer for hot-water plumbing and liquid-heating and dual-temperature piping. Kingflex K1 Sheet & Roll C is ideal for applications in: Ductwork Large piping and fittings Tanks Vessels Curved and irregular surfaces and all types of fitting covers Kingflex K1 Sheet & Roll C is installed using KingGlue 520, 520 B or 520 LV Adhesive. For application to large, flat or curved metal surfaces full adhesive coverage attachment is applied. When installed outdoors, KingPaint, a weather-resistant protective finish, is recommended to be applied over the surface to achieve maximum UV protection.
