Structure This unit is constituted of case body, high efficiency filter, fan, ash removing mechanism, dust hood, soot collector, electric control device, ect. The user can use it after inserting the power supply. This unit is made of stainless steel and owns stable performance. (Please refer to the operation manual). Working principle Place the dust remover in the work area and adjust the dust hood to make it close to the dust position. Switch on the power, then the fan in the unit works. The dusty air goes through the hood, air pipe, air inlet and then enters the case body. Because of the sudden expansion and speed-down of air current, the large size dust separates out from the dusty air under the action of gravity and settles down to the dust drawer, while the rest dust goes through filtration, impact, static electricity ect. actions and then stays out of the filter wall. The purified air then discharged out by the fan through the air outlet. The treated air from the unit can be discharged into the room for recirculation without ventilation heat loss. Press down the button of ash clearing for 30 seconds, the ash removing work finishes and the dust removal task is completed.
