Design Features: It consists of feeding box,filter cell,core axis,bearing,spray pipe of filter disc,filter screen and broke pulp conveyer. It takes advantages of water leg vacuum to dewater.When the pulp enters the feeding bix and spills over the filter plate,and then flows to the contray direction of filter disc,the fluid level can be contaolled by rotating speed.Fan-shaped filter board submerges in the pulp.Filter liquor flows into fan-shaped disc and core axis.The exchanged air discharges through the valve and the pipe connecting with the air.During the filtering of muli-disc filter,a few small and micro fibers form thick filter liquor through filter layer since there is a few fiber absorbed on the discs.With the continuously ratating,the filter bed will be thick and the fiber in filterate will be reduced gradually while the filtrate becomes clean.As the filter bed becomes thicker and the fiber in filtrate will be further reduced so as to form extraclean filtrate.Therefore,the purpose of white water filtering and fiber recovery has been eached.
