Drilling Shale Shaker

Purposes and scope of application Drillingshale shaker as the preliminary solid control device of the well drilling fluid-solid control system is mainly used to screen out unwanted solid particles from well drilling fluid. This screen can be used as supporting device to all kinds of drilling machine used in over-2000m-deep oil fields. Structural characteristics By directly adopting vibrating motor as vibrating source, the screen frame can vibrate in an elliptic orbit in rectilinear and translation motion. The driving system is simple, safe and credible, ensuring an operation free of troubles. Flat and ripple-style plate screens have been equipped in screening parts. With a large screening area, this screen can be used in slurry treatment under different drilling working conditions and can easily be replaced. Shaker bracket supporting rubber compound spring owns good vibration performance and longer service period as well as lets out lower noise. Inclination angle of the screen bracket can be adjusted by -1º to 5° by means of fast adjustment in continuous operation to ensure that slurry can be utilized rationally and effectively. The shaker is compactly structured with smaller volume and smaller floor space covered.
