Double-roll crusher is composed of rolling, rolling axial bearing, control apparatus, in the cement, chemical, electric power, metallurgy, building materials, and actuating device. The adjustment of discharge granularity: two rollers are equipped with wedge or gasket control apparatus, on the top of the wedgy device, there is an adjustable bolt. When the wedgy device is hiked by adjustable bolt, flexible roller leaves fast pulley, that is, gap between two rollers are larger, then the discharge granularity turn to bigger. When the wedge turn down, the gap between flexible rollers turn less under the function of retainer spring, then the discharge granularity become smaller. Gasket controls the discharge granularity by increasing or decreasing the quantity or thickness of gaskets. Increasing the gaskets, gap is enlarged, and the discharge granularity becomes large. While decrease the gaskets, gap is diminish, and the discharge granularity becomes smaller.
