Film emboldening masterbatch is designed to settle the following problems: unsmooth surface,slow speed of extrusion and the superfluous material at the die aperture.During the blowing of the film,it would reduce the pressure of the melting ,the electric current of the main engine,the surface adhension,the breaking of the melting,the superfluous material of the die aperture,make the brightness of the surface better and efficiency.Now it is widely used on the film and pipe which are based on PE/PP/PPR. Practice showed that apart from the funtion ofemboldening film,itcan also act as a lubricant on the finishplastic prodcuts and improve thefilm surface quality.It doesn't have any influence on the film printing effect.The emboldening masterbatachare applied for PP/PE/ABS resins. Usage of application: mixed completely according to certain propotion. Recommened propotion : 4-5%propotion for the first four hoursat the first time 1-2% propotion for the following normal production
