Cooking method : 1.clean a pot and put above strong fire,pour 200g if oil and heat till the oil is about 155,add 0.5-1kg of the chicken lumps into the pot and fry till the skin gets tight. 2.Put 160g of the seasoning into the pot and fry together with chicken lumps for about 1 minutes. 3..Pour proper amount of water (better just cover the chicken lumps) into the pot,cook to oil for around 30 minutes.(it only needs about 8 minutes if you use a pressure cooker ).Then it is ready to serve.
