1. General 1.1 This equipment used for boiler feeding water to eliminate oxygen. 1.2 This equipment type is DCM65 low-press film oxygen expeller device, which consists of low-press film oxygen tower eliminated and water tank. Heat the water into oxygen expeller by heating steam from turbine exhaust steam or pressure controlled and with safe release device steam source under normal operation, and up to corresponding saturated steam temperature which operated pressure, eliminate oxygen and carbon dioxide etc. non-condenser gas dissolved in the water as per the law of multiple proportions, oxygen eliminated water up to standard will be stored in water tank, supply water in any time. 1.3 This equipment suits for pressure determinate operating under the set pressure. Heating steam run into oxygen expeller from electric adjusting valve, auto adjust valve aperture to control heating steam volume of inlet as per set pressure inside of oxygen expeller. 1.4 Oxygen expeller is single-header vertical structure, seat on the water tube by saddle short joint. Water tank is double-header horizontal structure. 1.5 There are two grades oxygen eliminated device inside of rotary water film oxygen expeller: The first device consists of film formed device and filter screen. Film formed device consists of above and under pipe plate of film formed jetting pipe and fixed jetting pipe, the above and under pipe plate was welded on the wall of the oxygen eliminated town, the space is water-in room. Filter screen was formed by three-layer angle bar which kept defined space. Liquid steam screen is the second device. Which is high efficiency and regular filling, made of SS 1Cr18Ni9Ti steel wire (0.1×0.4mm) Ω type screen, place it in vertical with mesh position and the water flow through the screen wire will be stretched into paper-thin water film. 1.6 This equipment was equipped with one balanced container, used for output pressure signal, control pressure adjusting valve of the steam inlet or electric valve of the oxygen expeller outlet by pressure transmitter. 1.7 Set one electric joint water gage on the water tank body, used for showing water level in water tank distant and alarming, which will send to alarm signal when water level become high, if the water level keep rise up to one value which will send out high water level emergent drain water signal, and auto open the electric valve of the drain water. 1.8 There are two groups of glass tube water gage on the water tank, which used for viewing the local water level. 2. Installation 4.1 This equipment shall be installed accord with (1999) No.154 documents from Pressure Vessle Safe Technical Supervise Regulation, issued by Chinese Quality Technical supervise Bureau and (1991) No.709 documents from Power Station Pressure Type Oxygen Expeller Technical Regulation issued by Energy Safe Protection as well as Power Construction Inspect Technical Regulation (Turbine Unit). 4.2 Welding seam of assembly shall be accord with technical requirements of design drawing (equipment system drawing). 4.3 Water tank shall be located on the correct position, and oxygen expeller shall be kept vertically, prevent from flowing deflect. Saddle surface and base plate surface shall be cleaned before water tank was located. Rolling parts under the active saddle shall be located correctly, long-round bolt hole under the active saddle seat shall be kept enough expansion space in expansion direction of the water tank when installation. Anchor bolt of the active support use two nuts, screw the first nut and back up one circuit and screw the second nut. 4.4 Steam liquid screen of the oxygen expeller filling layer shall be located accord with quantity on the drawing, installation style is fire control waterspout rolling style. Each layer steel screen and SS screen shall be placed correctly. Three-layer grid section shall be placed parallel, across place will not be allowed, press bar on the grid shall be kept vertical with joint seam and installed fasten. 4.5 Hydraulic test shall be done after finishing assembly and before heat preservation, the test pressure is 0.25MPa. if disfigurement was found, it must be treated take measure, then test hydraulic again up to eliminate the disfigurement. 4.6 Clean the inner of the equipment and coat the anti-rust painting after passing the hydraulic test, and heat preservation. Advise adopt silicic acid aluminum fibrin felt as heat preservation material, thickness is 60mm, outer packed one coat of wire netting, coated two layers diatom and outer packed fiberglass, and total thickness is 80mm. If adopt other material, the thickness shall not be more than 150mm, coat green painting after heating preservation. 4.7 Inspect internal each part in equipment if complete, and install it correctly. 4.8 Adjust and test each parts after assembly. 5. Operation 5.1 This equipment shall be drawn out operation regulation as per detail condition of the power plant heat system. Which listed on this manual is only for reference. 5.2 Operating style point: 5.3 This oxygen expeller operation is pressure determined. Pressure determined operating parameters is 0.12MPa when unit start to operate. After being normal operation, operate electric adjust valve, control it’s aperture by oxygen expeller inner pressure signal, close electric adjust valve by degrees, heating steam will get across electric adjust valve, and flow into inlet of the oxygen expeller to be heat and oxygen eliminated, oxygen eliminated device is in pressure determined operation, auto adjusting sates. 5.4 Notices during operation 6.
