DB212 Series High Pressure High Temperature Package Dyeing Machine Main features: 1. It has two dyeing modes, air pad type and full flood type to choose for different dyeing techniques. 2. Unique construction commutation (patent no. ZL200520074155.6) , the high efficiency heat exchanger and DBNP pump are combined integrative, (patent no. ZL200520074154.1). The are designed without external circulation pipes, saving space 25%. 3. Special compact designed calandria heat exchanger is installed outside, in same heat exchange conditions, it can achieve the best exchange effect of heating and cooling. 4. Main pump are controlled by stepless flowing rate of inverter, it can achieve the same dyeing effect according to different dyeing techniques, and save power consumption when starting and de-loading. 5. Special steady commutation mechanism allows liquid flow to change direction without stopping main pump, thus increasing liquor circulating times to improve level-dyeing property. 6. With multi-function intelligent computer, it simplified the water inletting, draining, eternal flowing, internal flowing, and etc. operation. 7. Pressure dewatering to decrease the water containing in package yarn. 8. Dyeing with low liquor ratio of 1:6 can save dyestuffs, chemicals, steam and water thus decreasing the drainage. 9.
