Material for both internal tooth and external tooth are all 42CrMo.3. thermal refining: internal HB241 302,external HB269 3414. Attachment bolt uses 10.9 degree high-tensile bolt which used in articulation hole. Equipped with lock nut.design specification Gear coupling bases on JB/T 8854-2001, the jugged part are designed in accordance withDIN5480 standard of German. The number of teeth increases as much as possible according to the space on site in order to improve the carrying capacity and useful life greatly. The main reference datum of jugged are: pressure angleα=28°, tooth addendum hf=0.8m, total depth h=1.8m. Correlation parameters are equal; we use ANSYS software to do analog loading experiment. Relative to engaging angle of couplingα=20°,its flexural strength and teeth surface contact strength will be increased greatly.
