It is designed for mass production of fine pitch spur gear, bevel gear and drum gearWith precision hob and suitable cutting parameter, the machine could cut out spur or bevel gears with 5-6-6 accuracy grade (Standard: GB/T2363-1990, m≤1mm, or GB/T10095-1988 1mm≤m≤1.5mm). The tooth surface finish reach up to Ra 1.6μm.
