1,Summary Seating valve has been adopted in hydraulic system for many years. It is usually called two-way check valve. In this way, it is used as check valve which allows free flow in one direction and prevents flow in reverse direction. By improvement, this valve can be controlled to overcome block, so it allows flow in two directions. This is what is called the control concept foundation of cartridge valve. The improvement in developing hydraulic system has resulted in more adoption of oil channel integrated block. It eliminates many connecting line between components, so actually it eliminates latent leakage points and implicative oil waste. The TLC and TLFA series are newly developed cartridge valves by Taifeng, which featured as pilot-controlled, seat-type main stage and cartridge connection. Cartridge valves are modular and configurable integrated hydraulic control elements widely used in various industrial and mobile applications to obtain compact and integrated hydraulic system solutions. The TLC and TLFA series are installed according to ISO7368/DIN24342/GB2877 standards. The current machines require the control with high cost-effectiveness and energy efficiency which can be satisfied by Taifeng cartridge valves. 5,Structure Cartridge is the functional component of two-way cartridge valve. Its main body is seat structure, namely the seat-type main stage, differentiating itself from the traditional sliding spool valve structure. A cartridge normally consists of a spool, a sleeve, a cap, seals and a spring. A cap is used in the cartridge which diameter is between 16 and 32, but not over 40. The spool and the sleeve are coupled in slide. The seal between the bottom of the spool and other components is normally linear sealing. The geometric shape of that bottom is very important, which has several structural options. Cartridge has different area ratios and opening pressure springs to meet various applied requirements. The control cover retains the cartridge valve in a manifold block. Inside the cover there are pilot control passages. The cover and pilot valve mounted on the control cover or pilot control components built in the cover and throttle screw are combined as pilot hydraulic resistance network to control the main stage and adjust the open time of the spool. The control passages in control cover are connected with the main passages and the control passages in manifold block. As required, stroke restriction and position monitor can be mounted on the control cover. Solenoid and manifold valves to CETOP/ISO-03/05 standard is usually used as pilot valves. Screw-in cartridges are also used in the newly developed TLFA series. 6,Function The cartridge valves used in directional function are really pilot operated check valve. The hallmark of relief cartridge valve is manual pressure set point adjuster. In addition, it is possible of discharge and remote control. The other configuration includes pressure or discharge and electric option of double pressure setting or discharge which can be operated by pilot valve mounted on cover. Electro-hydraulic proportional control of pressure also can be realized.
