Casting tube mould is a large thermal tooling for producing spheroidal-graphite cast iron pipe in centrifugal cast tubing machine. The working condition of mould is very tough, cooling water flushing from outside and inner surface contacting with high temperature iron melt (up to 1,350-1,400°C). During the operating period, the moulds enduring alternating thermal stress constantly, and it rotates in a certain speed inside the centrifugal casting machine, at the same time, the mould stand in with external & internal force like tension and torsion. The mould is made of a solid alloy bar,the hole being drilled for entire length by adopting an advanced technology. The moulds are in same quality with those that produced in USA and Germany , and they are the ideal tooling to take the place of ones imported from abroad.
