1. CZ series marineAxial Exhaust Fan are new-type and energy-saving and low-noise ventilators. They are suitable for every cabin air ventilating and exchanging on vessels. They are also applicable in other places that suit. They are designed and manufactured on the bases of the technique of type FP axial-flow ventilators for marine use which are introduced from Nishishiba Electric Co. Ltd. in Japan. 2.The impeller is made of anti-corrosive cast aluminum alloy; it is dynamically shaped and carefully balanced to ensure the ventilator having reliable anticorrosive property and operating smoothly. 3.The ventilator casing with welded construction is made of steel plate with flanges for connection with duct at both sides by bolts, and the surface is fully treated by anticorrosive painting. As desired, the casing can either be made into an integral or an open type along the axial direction. The open-type one means the impeller and the motor are fixed on the movable half of the casing so as to bring convenience for on-the-spot repair and the replacement of its spare parts. The ventilator is manufactured with a built-in casing motor structure. The impeller is directly mounted on the motor shaft. 4. Viewed from the motor side, the impeller should be turning clockwise in practice; and it can be turning counter clockwise too. Such being the case, the reversing characteristic has the capacity of not less than 60% of normal rating. 5. The ventilator can be matched with marine AC 380V, 50Hz or 440V, 60Hz marine or navy motor.
