Distribution system: Nested S pipe valve is adopted; Special wear-resistant materials are adopted in the spectacle plate and cutting ring. Mixing system: Pedal mixing blades axis is adopted for easy to replace; the hardness of left and right semiaxises can reach up to HB250-280 after thermal refining. The Surface nitriding depth is greater than 0.3mm, and surface hardness is even greater than HV55. Hydraulic tubing and valve bank: Italian original Manuli branded oil pipe and adapter connector are adopted which can ensure the resistance to pressure and ageing resistance excellence. HBT80-16-160RS adopts German original REXROTH Hydraulic control valve group, which ensure machine set hydraulic system working steadily in a long- term. Electrical system: This equipment adopts France Schneider interflow contactor and control button (contactor).
