It is processed by extrusion, melting and coating. We produce 4 types of composite geomembrane: 1textile +1 membrane, 2 textile + 1 membrane, 1 textile + 2 membrane, 2 textile + 2 membrane. Width can be up to 6 meters. This width can effectively minimize the over-lapping and shorten construction period, and it can also minimize the hiden danger caused by over-lapping. Compared with conventional product (textile seperate with membrane), our composite geomembrane offers better stability, lower construction cost, more time-saving in bad weather condition and higher efficiency. It has excellent anti-aging and long durability, it also has very good impermeability, average water drainage function, hydrolic resistance, anti-corrosion, high tension, tear resistance, low temperature resistance, toxic-free. It also features with unique functioning of insulation, moisture protection, anti-frost and anti-freeze. As composite geomembrane using goetextile (non-woven textile, knitted geotextile, plastic warp knitted geotextile) as base material, apart from all advantages that geotextiles have (segregation, reinforcement, protection), it also has an additional function of sealing or impermeability. It is widely used in the embankment of water conservancy, road construction, airport, water drainage, canal, highway, tunnel, sewage disposal as well as environmental protection projects. It is very convenient and easy handling for construction. No adhesive needed.
