We equipped with 17 sets of CNC machining centers, 3 sets of CNC lathe centers and other conventional machinery. We are using FANUC and MITSUBISH operation systems for our CNC machines, and tolerance of our parts can reach +/-0.01mm. In addition, our inspection department has some advanced equipment like CMM, projectors, hardness testers, height gauges and others. we are keeping an eye on the part quality during the production to make sure each delivered part will achieve customers' expectations and also focus on cost reduction to make sure we can save the expense for our clients.
