Gear Grinding Machine This machine is a precision gear grinding machine with good universality and efficiency. It is used to grind tooth flanks of standard gears or dressing cylindrical involute gear. It is suitable for precision grinding of the middle-sized-module, harden gears used in aircraft, automobile, machine tool, tractor, motor-bicycle, textile machinery, gear box and all kinds of driving devices in batch process. FEATURES:The phase-locking servo drive systems which are used to replace the original gear drive devices for the gear indexing drive chain and differential drive chain improve the grinding accuracy and reduce the waves on the ground tooth flanks.Numeric in-feed system which is used to realize the variable wheel axial in-feed raises the working efficiency of the machine.The movement of the work-piece slide is controlled with a proportional valve, and a grating scale is used for its feedback. Different speed can be set for every travel.The evenness of the grinding allowances on the two flanks of each tooth can be displayed, and the allowances can be made even with a button if not even.Diamond roller for wheel dressingThe machine is equipped with lead crowning device for grinding gears with lead crowning, and gears with modified tooth profile can be ground after the wheel is dressed with special diamond roller.Selection of manual and automatic grinding cycles is available for use. During the automatic grinding cycle, a work-piece can be clamped, unclamped and shifted across the grinding wheel repeatedly so as to guarantee the accuracy and uniform quality of one batch of work-pieces.The work-piece parameters and grinding parameters are entered via touch-type keyboard, and displayed in Chinese or English on the CRT.
