To meet the requirements of high dew point, convenient tendering and neat looking, the closed hood is constructed of the following structure and equipped with various accessories: The whole hood is of dismountable modular structure. The size of each panel is maximized to reduce the sealing area to the greatest extent No patchwork for the inner sheet of each panel and least rivets are used. Connections between the inner sheet and the aluminum framing are tightly sealed that the damp air cannot penetrate into insulation materials. This is realized by specially designed aluminum profiles and sealing materials. The sealing elements used at different places are resistance to temperature and aging. Connections between panels and connections between panel and hood framing are designed in labyrinth structure and padded with sealing elements that has enough pressure ratios. The roof panels are well reinforced so that man can walk on it. The hood framework is of carbon steel, which is surface treated by sand blasting to reach the level of Sa2.5 before coated with temperature resistant paint. For nice looking of the hood, the outer aluminum waving sheets are coated and filmed. They are produced by our unique waving sheet former at our workshop and then transported to the mill site and mounted onto the panels on-site. The tender side lift doors, drive side slide doors and the hinged swing doors are constructed of surface coated aluminum sheets and electrophoresis aluminum profiles and characterized by good-looking, flexibility, convenience and safety. As these doors are tenon-structured, no any welding marks, rivets and bolts can be seen from the appearance. Window glass composed of double layers of toughened glasses and a vacuum intermediate.
